  • How do I pay for my order? You can pay by mobile money (MTN momo or Vodafone/Telecel Cash), bank card, or cash on delivery.


  • How long does delivery take? You will receive your items anywhere between 1 and 4 hours depending on your location/traffic, time of day of the order and how big your order is.


  • What time can I order? You can order whenever you want - the app is available for you to order with flexibility. The only thing that your order time affects is delivery time. If you order before 4pm, you will receive your order same day within 4 hours. If you order after 4pm, your order will be processed at 8:30am the next business day (excluding holidays).


  • Where does Kayayo deliver? Currently, our coverage area for delivery is Accra


  • Can I cancel my order? You have up to 3 minutes to cancel your order. On the order confirmation page that appears after you’ve completed your order, you will find a Cancel order button at the bottom. Additionally, send a message to customer care to ensure that your refund is processed.


  • Can I just reorder my past order? Yes! Go to the “hamburger menu” (top left corner) of the homepage In the app, go to “Your past orders”, find your order of choice and tap “Reorder Items.”


  • Where can I find Kayayo discounts? Follow us on Instagram and TikTok for special deals and discount announcements!
